It’s Ice Cream Social Week and I’m a little flustered.
Make that a lot flustered!
Allergy shots and supply shopping on Tuesday, the social on Wedesday, back to school night on Thursday…all with my 2 year old nephew in tow during the day…it’s going to be a fun week =)
Here’s what we’re eating:
Cheater Chicken Cordon Bleu
(minus the breadcrumbs)
Macaroni & Cauliflower Cheese Bake
Maybe a tomato salad (I was given a great big bag of beautiful heirlooms last week that we’ve got to get eaten!)
Eat Out – allergy shots and shopping that must be done that evening
Wednesday – Ice Cream Social Night
Grammy’s Lasagna (an easy and cheap lasagna that I promise I’ll share soon!)

A quick note: I am gluten-free, so any meals with pasta are made with brown rice pasta and I just skip any breads. Baking for my family is usually done with regular flour and anything for me is usually made with Jule’s Gluten-free Flour.
